Traditionally, our service packages were originally designed around non-electric bikes. In the years since, the number of electric bikes on the road—particularly heavier, fat-tyre models such as Fatboy, Dirodi and Amp’d Bros—has grown dramatically. E-bikes place very different demands on components, workshop time, and technician expertise. In addition to standard mechanical servicing, they require electrical diagnostics, motor and battery checks, firmware updates, and careful handling of high-value electronic systems. To ensure safety, reliability and longevity, e-bikes need servicing that reflects this added complexity. For this reason, we’ve introduced dedicated e-bike service packages that are specifically tailored to the needs of modern electric bikes.
